PARODIUS: Takosuke

From my 2012 Advent Calendar.

I might have mentioned before that Parodius is one of, if not my very favourite game series and in general "This is how I'd make a game" and "Here's who I'd like to see in it" fashion I made a moveset for Takosuke here.

He utilises lady auto options in the form of Ruby & Cobalt from Otomedius, since they're robotic versions of Hikaru & Akane but also villains, making them more fitting for Tako lackeys. He also steals the Dynamic Burst from the same game which originally turns all enemies on screen into power ups but in this case transforms them into coins for points, thereby covering his main interests of cash and women.

I then got into another Parodius groove and started drawing some other characters I'd like to see and making movesets for them too. But before I got too far I figured all that extra hassle was ultimately pointless so I'll just be uploading the character artwork - because nobody's going to be as interested in Parodius movesets as they are Smash Brothers movesets, right?
