Smash Lines

Remember on that recent Peach & Toad picture I said I was going to use that Peach pic for something Smash Bros. related? I think I mentioned that.
Anyway it was this.

Basically I wanted to draw all of the characters from the two current Smash incarnations and arrange them in a pop-art-y type fashion so as to avoid doing anything other than minimal colour work.

After looking at related art right here on DeviantArt I was inclined to start again, only BETTER. So here is what I got from the first draft. There are a few other sketches, but none that got inked.

Though for the most part the new versions should look better (regardless of how there's always one person who preferred the originals) I still quite like these which I suppose is why they're here now. Especially disgruntled Pikachu.

Will probably be relegated to scraps in the future, but I know nobody will see it in there so it's making the rounds here first.
